University Human Resources strives to offer exceptional service to the University community. As faculty, staff, and student employees return to campus for the 2021-2022 academic year, the Employee Service Center – now located at 113 Grosvenor Hall – is prepared to ensure continuity of service, while honoring our commitment to the health and safety of our campus.
Those needing to visit the Employee Service Center have several convenient options including:
- Scheduling a priority appointment to greatly reduce or avoid wait times;
- “Walking-in” on a first come, first-serve basis as gaps in scheduled appointments allow;
- Utilizing our secure paperwork drop box located outside of Grosvenor 113 without need for appointment or waiting! (Please note: due to federal regulations, all I-9s must be completed in-person; therefore, those needing to complete an I-9 should refer to options 1 and 2 above.)
All appointments, including same-day options, may be scheduled using the online scheduling tool(opens in a new window) or by contacting the Employee Service Center (740-593-1636 | email@example.com(opens in a new window)). As always, the Employee Service Center is available via phone or email Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
To ensure the health and safety of everyone on campus, individuals scheduling appointments are encouraged to arrive promptly at their scheduled time and review pertinent information including on-campus safety protocols and policies available online at https://www.ohio.edu/coronavirus(opens in a new window).
