HR Answerbox, a boutique consulting firm headquartered in Frederick County, Md., has launched a new service offering. The Fix My Culture VIP Day is the first offering of its kind and provides small business owners, executives and leaders with a dedicated and focused day to work on their organization’s workplace culture.

“We saw an opportunity to solve big, important problems in workplaces without dragging it out over several weeks or several months,” said Amanda Haddaway, managing director of HR Answerbox. “In today’s fast-paced business world, leaders want results and they want them quickly. Our VIP experiences solve that problem.”

Fix My Culture VIP Days are structured so that participants can work on their overall workplace culture through a high-level, comprehensive audit or focus on a few critical areas of their workplace culture.

“Clients may be experiencing an issue with retention and want to spend their time on addressing that key area. During the VIP day, we would look at root causes for turnover and create a plan to address this issue going forward,” said Haddaway.

HR Answerbox has been a leader in the HR consulting, training and coaching space for several years, so they are not new to the workplace culture space. They believe the VIP model is a game changer because clients are able to accomplish so much more in this format than working only a few hours over an extended period of time.

Each VIP day experience includes a customized Fix My Culture© Guide with action plans and changes that need to be made over the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
