The Fix My Culture VIP Day is the first offering of its kind and provides small business owners, executives and leaders with a dedicated and focused day to work on their organization’s workplace culture.

Our VIP experiences solve that problem.”
Fix My Culture VIP Days are structured so that participants can work on their overall workplace culture through a high-level, comprehensive audit or focus on a few critical areas of their workplace culture.
“Clients may be experiencing an issue with retention and want to spend their time on addressing that key area. During the VIP day, we would look at root causes for turnover and create a plan to address this issue going forward,” said Haddaway.
