Human resources (HR) software company BambooHR on Tuesday (August 17) announced an expansion of its marketplace partners to provide greater options for fellow HR professionals looking to generate solutions to the most challenging aspects of HR. These collaborations with five new partners will offer improved features for various functions, including time tracking, training, payroll, and access control.
The cloud-based BambooHR software, designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), features a virtual marketplace of 88 vendors. Partners can take advantage of the BambooHR open application programming interface (API) to develop connections and integrations.
New partners include WorkRamp, platform for comprehensive learning management; Aquera, provider for access management; Humley, a platform that automates many human resources requests and allows for employee and manager conversations and data entry; Synarion, an app development company with cloud-based data collection that can be undertaken on mobile devices; and EnvisionBX, software that enables customers to connect their Xero account to their BambooHR account, eliminating the issue of repetitive entries.
As PYMNTS reported earlier this month, Xero, a cloud-based accounting software company, recently launched its app store.
By expanding its partner base, BambooHR can bolster its offerings to human resources professionals.
“We’re thrilled to partner with BambooHR to help customers automate key HR workflows in the WorkRamp LMS [learning management system] so that they can focus on what really matters — creating an amazing learner experience,” said Rocky Paap, WorkRamp vice president of revenue. “Top companies like Bitly are now able to quickly build and deploy dynamic learning paths in WorkRamp, based on existing employee data like department, location, tenure, and more. This is a game-changer for rapidly growing and scaling teams.”
In addition to integrating their services with the BambooHR platform, partners can comarket and highlight their solutions to more than 23,000 BambooHR customers, which include hiring managers and those tasked with onboarding as well as professionals working in compensation, benefits, and related HR fields.
